POMEMBNO: leta so od 18 do 30, pričakuje se resna oseba, čeprav se bomo imeli fino, do jutri (sreda) do 20ih pa se zbirajo prijave. Če dodaš svoj življenjepis, je to velik plus.

Summary of the project:

Two of the main factors for fighting against discrimination are young people,who will built the future and the society of their own countries, and media as a basic tool not only for spreading information about new ideas (including the antidiscrimination idea) but as a tool which can ensure visibility of the measures against discrimination taken by youth or other social group. This project aims to develop instruments and methods for co-operation between young people and media in their common work of fighting against discrimination.

Arrival of participants. Will be implemented a brief presentation of every participants and will be played some games for getting to know each other.

Akcija Enake možnosti je uspela. Ravno sem govoril z Iztokom. Hvala Tadeju, Iztoku, Tei, Tomažu in Miji, da so idejo posvojili in jo odlično izpeljali. Mi je žal, da nisem bil zraven, vendar sem bil prepričan, da je akcija v odličnih rokah.

Pohvalno je, da so se odzvali vabilu tudi dr. Danilo Türk, Zoran Jankovič, poudariti pa je treba predvsem veliko in srčno pripravljenost po sodelovanju višje državne tožilke Vlaste Nussdorfer.

Prepričan sem, da bo akcija pustila sled in da se bo stanje na področju invalidov izboljševalo. Upam, da bo k temu dodal tudi nov blog.

It is over. I am still sitting in my room of Shloss Leopoldskron, just come from a famous Bierstube and I will need to pack my things… At 8.15 I need to catch my taxi, which will take me to the train station together with Dana from Canada and Sayed from Afghanistan.

Salzburg Seminar was amazing again, to be honest few first day I was a bit sceptical but at the end I can say that is was pure happy end.

The most important in my opinion is that I met about 50 incredible people, with whom I will try to stay in touch (they think I will not, but I bet that I willl) and put head together on making progress to a better tomorrow.

Guys, you are just amazing, I will miss football and table tennis, your clever talks and brilliant ideas. Thank you for all invitations, I hope we will do them with Monika till 2030.

You know, I am still young, being proud and honored that the title of the YOUNGEST EVER at Salzburg Seminar did no go to Thailand:)

Keep dancing Austrian Waltz, but do not forget to Rock and roll!

I love international environments. Salzburg Seminar is for sure one of amazing place to be.

I have a nice double room with small office in the castle, where they serve a good food. I speak sometimes with people, who hate hotels, travellings and packing. I am not. Specially if I am meeting interesting, open minded people.

To speak about US elections during lunch, sitting in the nicest library in the world and exchange ideas about Macedonian stock market, listen to climate change issues, plan visits around the world during talks, including educational ship, which goes around the world, riding horses in Argentina and hunting salmon in Canada… that is what I call great life.

This are international relations, networking, seeing issues (like the situation in Pakistan) from people at the field. Pure satisfaction.

The only person I am missing is my Monika, although she believes it is good sometimes that we travel not together. I do not agree so in future I am planning that we will travel together, specially if my plans will follow the flow, which is developing now, that I will probably work a lot in international areas.

Pozivam blogarje, da se združimo v eni akciji in pritisnemo na odgovorne.

Boli me srce, ko zadnje čase v Ljubljani na raznih križiščih srečujem pohabljene berače, tujega porekla, ki prosijo za miliščino. Lahko bi zamahnil z roko in rekel, da gre za ceno EU in globalizacije, ampak ne morem. Lahko bi jih obtožil in vpil, da naj jih strpajo v zapor, pa ne morem.

Lahko pa trdim, da si članica EU, ki bo celo predsedovala tej eminentni družbi kaj takega ne more oziroma ne sme privoščiti.

Kje so pristojne institucije, kje je socialna država?

Teorije o tem, kdo so ti ljudje, ne poznam dovolj dobro, mi je pa prišlo na uho, vendar je nepotrjeno, da gre za organiziran posel. Nekdo pripelje te berače na ulico in jih potem pride iskat, jim pobere nabran denar v zameno pa jim da za jesti in spati. Baje se celo dogaja, da se berače namerno pohabi.

Če je temu res tako, smo priča mednarodnemu kriminalu, ki ga je potrebno po mojem mnenju zatreti.

Predlagam, da blogarji sprožimo akcijo, da začnemo iskati odgovorne oziroma da pritisnemo na institucije, ki so zato pristojne.

Rešitev je preprosta. Policija bi morala priti na sled vsej stvari, zapreti organizatorje, za berače pa poskrbeti v skaldu z zakoni. Jim omogočiti vrnitev, oziroma jim dati vsaj minimalno socialno podporo.

Seveda bo odziv takoj, zakaj bi podpirali tujce, če imamo doma probleme. Ja, vendar vseeno ne vidim veliko Slovencev, ki bi pohabljeni prosili na ulici. Če so, se zopet sprašujem, kje hudiča je socialna država.

Sem naiven optimist? Mogoče, vendar preprosto verjamem, da je problem rešljiv, zato iščem somišljenike, da naredimo nekaj korakov naprej.
